I was annoyed that the hotel charged extra for parking. Twenty-five euros felt excessive. The room itself was also somewhat outdated.. Brown paneling did not create a modern atmosphere.

The front desk staff, especially Nico, provided excellent and courteous service. They were helpful when I experienced an unexpected injury. Management was also amazing (so kind!).
The lack of bottled water in the room was a minor inconvenience.

the air conditioning did NOT work well. there was no bottled water in the room, i found out that it is only for VIP members. i THOUGHT, for the price i paid for the room, water should have been included. i ALSO thought there should be room service at night.

The location is quite convenient. The bus stop is close to the hotel. The breakfast included all I needed and had quality food. The restaurant offered good choices and quality food.
There were not enough parking spaces available. I experienced a long wait at the reception, although it was not busy. The lack of easily accessible stairs was inconvenient.

the front desk was fast and efficient. i found the restaurant manager hospitable. emma, the waitress, was very kind and willing to assist me during my breakfast.
the ac was not working on a very hot day, it was not good. i understand these things happen, but a discount of 10% does not really rectify the situation. i felt the need of a better solution.
